Dig into a collection of Southern-inspired plates including the heaping Pitmaster Platter, a much-loved returning favourite with all the BBQ essentials – roasted chicken, fall-off-the-bone ribs, buttery corn bread and plenty of sides. Other highlights include the Roasted Chicken Birria Quesadilla which comes loaded with tender pulled BBQ chicken and a spicy birria dipping sauce.
